Facility Damage Collections
Advanced Level - This course is designed to increase the skills and problem solving capabilities of personnel responsible for day-to-day collection of Utility Damage Claims. It is also designed to give overall perspective to the "day to day" collection activities. The assumption is made that Trainees are familiar with their company collection practices prior to attending this class.
The course is designed as a one-day seminar. It can be condensed to a half day by intentional (but subtle) reduction of class Q&A. It is not recommended to compress the time however, as much of the value of this training comes from trainee generated problem examples (war stories). From the outset the Instructor will integrate "real world" problems effecting the Trainees into the class curriculum.
